As our hugely successful Summer racing season winds down, PGP is pleased to release our 2013 Fall Racing Calendar! Demand for wheel to wheel racing at PGP has been growing every week. We've listened and added extra categories and dates to increase the chances for everyone to get on track!
Fall will bring the first full season of our Amateur and Ladies Only Leagues.
The Amateur League was created as a stepping stone from our Arrive and Drive karting sessions into competitive karting at PGP. This new league has seen awesome growth and some truly great racing. Remember that the winner of each Amateur series event will be given a fully paid entry into the next Pro-Am race event at PGP.
For you ladies that are sick of dealing with those pesky testosterone laden men, we are proud to introduce our Ladies Only category. This league is for those looking to meet and experience the excitement of the sport with other like-minded women. The league is open to any women over the age of 15 and is perfect for all racing abilities from those new to racing to expert. The victors in this category will be given a free race entry as well, this entry can be used in any of our rental racing events at PGP.
Pricing for both the Amateur and Ladies Only series races will be $75 for members and $85 for non-members per event.
Fall will also see the return of our ever popular Pro-Am and Pro divisions. Always the scene of some of the tightest racing at PGP. These categories will duke it out over the course of a 7 race Championship series, with each competitor's top 6 races counting towards the overall championship. Be sure to pre-register early as these categories do have a tendency to sell out fast. Pricing for the fall series will remain the same at $85 for non-members and $95 for members. We will also be offering the very popular "Season Pass" option again, a discounted price of $500 gets you entry into all 7 of the Fall series races and an additional FREE bonus entry to one of our endurance series events.
New for this Fall will be the addition of our expanded 4-Stroke Racing Series. In response to increased demand the 4 Stroke Racing Series will be run as a standalone event on Sunday mornings. We will also be expanding the classes offered to include those racers with World Formula, Honda GX200 and the CRF250 engines .These classes will be added to our already stellar L.O. 206 category lineup!
As always, all events at PGP are run rain or shine. With multiple miles of track drainage piping running underneath the surface, PGP is the perfect place to take advantage of our wild and wet Pacific Northwest winter weather!
